Pink is the colour we associate with love. It is a soothing and nurturing colour that encourages unconditional love and dissolves anger in ourselves and in others. Pink is the colour to use when you want to feel complete and fulfilled.
Associated colour : Green (the other heart chakra colour)
Pink with green is an active, vibrant feng shui color combination that brings the energy of Fire (Pink) and Wood (Green) which strengthens and the sooths the loving vibrations of Pink.
Is pink bringing out your positive or challenge aspects ?
To work out which aspect of pink you are relating to, ruminate on the following question, “Do you feel that you aren’t good enough and judge yourself a lot ? ”
If you answer yes, then you are probably connecting to the challenge aspects of pink. When you are in this space you tend to be so busy giving and doing for others that you forget about yourself. Using pink will bring balance back allowing you to find compassion and love for yourself.
Negative Aspects
Large amounts of pink can create physical weakness in people. If used too much indoors, pink can create a disconnect with reality and a floating effect.
Avoid using pink when you are feeling fragmented or if you are giving all the time and not receiving.
Positive aspects
Pink has a calming effect and has been known to be used by sports teams in the opposing teams locker room to keep players passive and less energetic.
Using pink will bring out your compassion, kindness and supportive side.
